Current OS is enlarged.
Don't you think that current OS becomes too complicated?
Will every facility be necessary really?
I think that facility to need it by an individual varies.
Will not ideal OS be the OS which seems to have the kernel
that liking of user can seem to be learned?
Then does that kind of OS exist at present?
Unfortunately I think that there is still not that kind of OS.
And, in the OS which seems to be sponsored in a single company,
various constraint has produced it, and I dislike it.
If it is possible, the open OS is desirable.
You may say that why don't you make it.
How do you make it?
What kind of OS do you make?
It is a problem.
Though "Tcl/Tk" isn't kernel, I have some interest in it now.
The current "Tcl/Tk" may not ideal to make OS,although,It's interesting.
I consider an open library whether I can apply to the new OS.
But,It is too bad that the Information of current "Tcl/Tk" becomes enormous.
I'm sorry that I could not explain well in english.
Let me know your openion,please.

0--------1---------2---------3---------4---------5---------6---------7-----E 現在のＯＳは肥大化しています。 現在のＯＳは複雑になりすぎていると思いませんか？ 本当に全ての機能が必要なのだろうか？ 私は、個人によって必要とする機能が異なると思う。 理想のＯＳとは、ユーザーの好みを学習できるようなカーネルを持つような ＯＳではないだろうか？ それでは、現時点でそういうＯＳが存在するのか？ 残念ながら、私は、そういうＯＳがまだ無いと思う。 また、単一の会社で提供するようなＯＳでは、さまざまな制約が生じてしまい、 私は嫌いです。 できればオープンなＯＳが望ましい。 あなたは、「それならば作れば良いじゃないか？」と言うでしょう。 どうやって作るか・・・それが問題です。 いや、どういうＯＳを作るか・・・それも問題です。 そして、最大の問題は生活に追われているから時間不足だということなのです！ カーネルではないけれども、 私は今、「Ｔｃｌ／Ｔｋ」に多少の興味を持っています。 ただし、現在の「Ｔｃｌ／Ｔｋ」が、理想の方向だと言うわけではありません。 オープンなライブラリを活用できないかと思っているのです。 残念なことは、現在の「Ｔｃｌ／Ｔｋ」に関する情報は膨大になってしまっていると いうこです。 ぜひ、あなたのご意見を私に教えて下さい。 大槻 善樹 09/13/1997 0--------1---------2---------3---------4---------5---------6---------7-----E
